We will review your real estate website in page-by-page fashion with a highly trained eye, looking for content and structural changes that may improve your search engine visibility (and traffic levels) over time.

Optimization Points - What We Provide

As mentioned above, we will analyze various pages of your real estate website (the ones you deem most important) with an eye toward search engine optimization and visibility. For each web page reviewed, we will provide a list of recommended improvements in Word document format. Here's what your website optimization document(s) will include:

• Keyword research to ensure we are optimizing for the right phrases
• Changes and/or additions to the current page content, as needed
• Changes to the page's HTML title element, if necessary
• The addition or improvement of META tags for better optimization
• Recommendations for internal hyperlinking to increase page performance
• All of the above will neatly compiled into a Word document, one per page

How We Optimize Your Website

Our website optimization service is a page-by-page process, thus you would need to provide a list of the pages you deem most important. We typically spend 1 - 2 hours per page (at least) in order to do things properly. The cost is $115 per page, and this includes everything listed above. Optimized page content (and general optimization recommendations) will be provided in Word document format.

For an additional web maintenance fee, we can help you update the live website as well. This is ideal for website owners who are unable to make changes to their own site, for whatever reason.
