The First Month - Your first month of SEO services will include important preliminary items such as keyword research; a page-by-page assessment of your website; recommended changes to content, meta tags, title elements, etc. All subsequent months (after the first month) will include the items outlined below.

Article Syndication	This is a link building strategy with far-reaching effects. We will link to your website from real estate articles we distribute / syndicate online. We will publish one article monthly through four distribution websites.
Monthly Email Update	We want you to be informed about what we are doing each month, so we will send you an email update at the beginning of each month.

The Premium Plan - $650 per month

SEO Item	Description
Article Syndication	This is a link building strategy with far-reaching effects. We will link to your website from real estate articles we distribute / syndicate online. We will publish one article each month through four distribution websites.
Directory Listings	Another link building technique. Each month, we will submit your website to two carefully chosen web directories. We have a proprietary list of the best web directories online today.
Ongoing Edits	As part of our monthly SEO services we will continuously review your website and make suggestions to help with search engine visibility (focusing on content, structure, linking, etc.).
Monthly Email Update	We want you to be informed about what we are doing each month, so we will send you an email update at the beginning of each month.
Monthly Consultation Call	If you have questions about SEO, or Internet marketing in general, you will have an opportunity each month to consult with Brandon over the phone. A one-hour consultation call each month at your convenience.

Pricing Notes — The cost for our basic SEO service is $300 per month. The cost of our premium service is $650 per month. We offer monthly billing for your convenience, and we do not require any long-term contracts.
