Definition - Deep Links
A deep link is simply an inbound link to one of your internal pages. In other words, it's a link from another website that links to the inside of your website, as opposed to the home page.
Deep links can help increase the visibility of your internal pages, thus improving your website's overall visibility.
When link building, many people focus solely on the home page of their website. That is, they seek to acquire links pointing to their home page. This will help with link popularity, but it's much more beneficial to have some links pointing to your home page, and other pointing to your internal pages.
How to Get Deep Links
There are a variety of ways to get deep links to your internal pages. Certain directories allow deep links, and you can also syndicate content online (articles, press releases, etc.) to acquire deep links. Of course, if you don't have time for any of these things — which is the case with most real estate professionals — we can do it for you. Link building is part of our premium SEO service.
