Why We Are Here
We started A.Y.F. in 2004. Since then, we've been educating agents and brokers on all aspects of real estate marketing. Brandon Cornett, the founder, brings to the company a unique combination of marketing knowledge and compassion for real estate professionals.
The son of a lifelong Realtor, Brandon understands the challenges agents and brokers face every day. He has also worked as a manager for a direct marketing company serving real estate professionals since 1986.

The A.Y.F. knowledge-base does not end with Brandon. We've developed a network of marketing and technology experts we use to give agents and brokers the most accurate advice possible. The result is expert real estate marketing advice from a variety of sources, but filtered in a real estate-specific way. It's a unique arrangement you find anywhere else.
Step-by-Step Marketing Guides
The reason we're still in business is the practical, step-by-step nature of our real estate marketing guides. We realize that agents and brokers get bombarded by information on a daily basis. We also know that most marketing "guides" only offer top-level advice — telling the reader what to do but not how to do it.
So we decided to offer something different, to create easy-to-read training guides loaded with powerful tips, advice and instruction. That model has become the A.Y.F. trademark.
