A couple of years after its “birth,” the Home Buying Institute had grown beyond my wildest expectations. When I started that website, I didn’t realize how many people were online looking for sound advice on real estate, credit and personal finance. But I do now! This blog is a direct result of that realization.

Our economy is struggling terribly right now. Unemployment is skyrocketing, people are losing their homes in record numbers, and many industries are grinding to a halt. Maybe it’s the idealist in me, but I believe one person can make a difference — even if it’s a small one.

So I will use this blog to provide real estate and financial advice that’s relevant, useful and up-to-date. I hope you find it helpful.
